Information we use
Account information supports sign-in and your personal journal. Messages, bookings, and orders are used to provide the service. IP addresses are hashed for rate limits and are not used for advertising profiles.
Uploaded files
Photos and videos used for a diagnosis are malware scanned and processed temporarily. Images sent to GPT‑4o are used to generate the requested result. Original diagnosis uploads are not retained. Listing images are resized, scanned, and stored privately with expiring access links.
Export or delete
Use the account settings page to download your data or request account deletion. Transaction records may be retained in anonymized form when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
